What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese term that translates roughly to Spiritual Life Force. A Reiki practitioner acts as a channel through which divine light flows, directing it into the recipient. I am a Master Practitioner in the Usui school of Reiki, and a Level Two Practitioner in the Karuna school. Reiki should not be used instead of medical treatment, however, it can be used along side professional medical treatments, as is done in many hospitals. I also use crystals as a means to focus and boost healing energy and enhance the healing process.
I am very grateful to my loving and caring mother for bestowing upon me these wonderful gifts. She practices and teaches these two schools of Reiki in Connecticut. To the right are some links detailing more about Reiki as well as a link to my mother's website.
